Do not pay for a Proof of Insurance violation if you had insurance at the time of your traffic citation and were not able to provide proof to the officer.  You may provide proof to the court clerk by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. If you did not have insurance at the time your traffic citation was issued; that violation can be paid online and the State will be notified of the violation and you will have to provide insurance proof to the State DOS or your license will be suspended.

If you want to try to attend Driving School you MUST appear in court and do not pay any fines or cost before your court date.

An online payment does constitute a guilty plea and takes away the option of attending a traffic school and cannot be changed once submitted. If you do not appear in court or we do not receive your payment by the court date your driver’s license may be suspended.

You may pay your citation by mail at 105 College Street, White House, TN  37188 or in person at the same address during normal business hours which are Monday-Thursday from 7:15 am until 5:15 pm, except holidays.

Please note that a $2.50 transaction fee plus a 2.75% convenience fee will be charged for all online payments.  These fees are to cover the operating costs of the online payment site as well as the costs associated with the electronic payment processor.  To avoid these fees ($2.50 & 2.75%) you may pay via any of the following methods: check/money order (by mail, in office, or cash (in office).  You may also pay in office with a debit/credit card to avoid the online $2.50 transaction, however the 2.75% convenience fee still applies.
