Q - What type of items will be sold at The Market?
A - Fruit, vegetables, herbs, flowers, bedding plants, shrubs and trees, eggs, cheese, dairy products, meats and poultry, baked goods, milled products, honey, maple syrup, jams and jellies, mushrooms, juice and cider, soap.
Q - What are the hours of The Market?
A - The Market will begin on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 and continue each Wednesday through August. The Market will open at 3:30 pm and close at 7:00 pm.
Q - Do the vendors accept credit/debit cards?
A - Yes, many of our vendors are set-up to accept credit/debit cards. In addition, they will accept cash.
Q - Does The Market have an ATM?
A - Yes, there is an ATM available on the property. It is located in the roundabout between City Hall and the White House Library.
Q - Are dogs allowed at The Market?
A - No dogs (or any other animals) are permitted within The Market space because of health and sanitation reasons. The only exception to this rule are service dogs.
Q - If it is raining will The Market be cancelled?
A - The Market will go on if it is raining. However, instead of The Market being located in the field it will be located in the parking lot. If there is severe weather The Market manager will determine if The Market will be cancelled. If it is cancelled it will not be rescheduled for that week.
Q - Where is the best place to park?
A - The best place to park is in the parking lot directly behind City Hall/next to the White House Library.
Q - Who manages The Market?
A - The Market is managed by the City of White House. We are available Monday thru Thursday 7:15 am - 5:15 pm to answer all questions pertaining to The Market.
