Beer Board Meeting
Tuesday, June 6, 2017

There will be a meeting of the White House Beer Board for a public hearing and to consider the application for an on-premises beer permit for Los Jalapeños Mexican Restaurant, located at 526 State Route 76.

There will also be public hearings and consideration of revocation of the beer permits issued to the following businesses:

  • Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. located at 1001 Hwy 76 with an off-premises permit
  • Nervous Charlie’s located at 801 SR-76 with an off-premises permit
  • Pizza Hut located at 532 Raymond Hirsch Pkwy with an on-premises permit

The meeting will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, located at 105 College Street.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen & Leisure Services Board
Study Session

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen and Leisure Services Board of the City of White House, Tennessee, will have a study session on Thursday, July 13, 2017, for a presentation on land use and future parks. The meeting will take place at 5:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street.

Board of Mayor and Aldermen
June 15, 2017
7:00 pm

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, June 15, 2017, for the purpose of hearing the following:

a.      Ordinance 17-13: An ordinance amending the fiscal budget for the period ending June 30, 2017. Second Reading.

b.      Ordinance 17-14: An ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance Article VIII, Permit Issuance Regarding a Reduction in the Impact Fee Assessment Rate. Second Reading.

c.      Ordinance 17-15: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 18, Chapter 5 Stormwater Utility Ordinance, section 18-507. Second Reading.

d.      Ordinance 17-16: An ordinance adopting the annual budget (and tax rate) for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. Second Reading.

The meeting will take place at 7:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

The following ordinances and resolution were passed at the May 18, 2017, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting: 

1.      Ordinance 17-09: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 8, Chapter 2 Beer.

2.      Ordinance 17-10: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title 2, Chapter 1 Leisure Services Board, section 2-105.

3.      Ordinance 17-11: An ordinance amending the Zoning Map for a 44.2 acre property relative to Robertson County Tax Map 96, Parcels 18.00, 19.00, & 20.00 from SPRUD (Suburban Residential Planned Unit Development) without valid PMDP (Preliminary Master Development Plan), to SRPUD with valid PMDP.

4.      Resolution 17-03: A resolution authorizing the issuance, sale, and payment of General Obligation Land Purchase Capital Outlay Notes, Series 2017 not to exceed $250,000.
