The City of White House Planning Commission will meet in a regular scheduled meeting on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street to discuss the following agenda items:

Item#1            Bridle Creek Subdivision-Phase 4: Brinkley Development Corporation: Requests recommendation to the City of White House Board of Mayor and Aldermen for acceptance of public roadway, sidewalk,                            street-lights, and drainage improvements with a one-year maintenance bond.

 

Item#2            Zoning Ordinance Amendment-Planning/Codes Staff: Request recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to amend the Zoning Ordinance Section 7.060 Exceptions to Setback Requirements regarding fence regulations for fences installed in the front yard of a property. 

Item#3            Planning/Codes Staff: Request recommendation to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen to de-annex a 4,200 feet section of Boyles Road roadway and right-of-way west of the Pleasant Grove Road and Boyles Road intersection.

                        Planning/Codes and Public Services Storm Water Staff: Request approval of Subdivision Regulations amendments to provide coordinated storm water requirements with the City’s Municipal Code                                        Standards and to remove conflicting sections between the Municipal Code and Subdivision Regulations and to include more stringent storm water design criteria for detention ponds, culverts, ditches, etc.  The                          proposed amendments are also to provide updated and coordinated street construction cross section standards. The amendments include the following sections:

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, August 16, 2018, for the purpose of hearing the following:

a. Ordinance 18-22: An ordinance to amend the city adopted fire code to include fire hydrant system exemptions for single family dwelling and accessory uses. Second Reading

b. Ordinance 18-23: An ordinance of the City of White House, Tennessee, establishing the tax rate for the tax year 2018. Second Reading

The meeting will take place at 7:00pm in the Board Room at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street.
