The City of White House Planning Commission will meet in a regular scheduled meeting on Monday, December 10, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street to discuss the following proposed Subdivision Regulations amendments:

 

Planning/Codes Staff Requests  

The proposed amendments include defined roadway frontage, separation, and increased intersection clearance requirements for new access drives on collector and arterial roadways included on the City’s Major Roadway

Thoroughfare Plan and to include storm water improvements on the Public Services final subdivision plat certificate of approval.
