The City of White House Planning Commission will meet in a regular scheduled meeting on Monday, February 12, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., in the Board Chambers Room of the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Building, at 105 College Street to discuss the following agenda items: 

-      Summerlin Subdivision-Phase 6/Dewey Engineering: Requests Preliminary Plat Approval for 28 lots. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 96, Parcel 55. Property is zoned SRPUD, Suburban Residential Planned Unit Development and is located at McCurdy Road.

-      Farmers Bank/Klober Engineering: Requests Site Plan Approval for a 4,818 square foot commercial building. Property is referenced as Robertson County Tax Map 106-M, Parcels 001.00 and 002.00. Property is zoned C-2, General Commercial and is located at 2785 and 2787 Highway 31W.

 

-      Square 1 Business Park Subdivision/Steven E. Artz and Associates, Inc: Requests Final Plat Approval. Property is referenced as Sumner County Tax Map 77, Parcel 76. Property is zoned C-1, Central Business District and is located at 3020 Highway 31W.

 

-      Stones Crossing Subdivision: Requests a one-year subdivision bond extension.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet on Thursday, February 15, 2018, for a study session to discuss the State of Tennessee Library Reciprocal Lending Program and to discuss City Administrator Gerald Herman’s annual performance appraisal. The meeting will take place at 6:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Mayor and Aldermen of the City of White House, Tennessee, will meet in regular session on Thursday, February 15, 2018, for the purpose of hearing the following:

 

a)      Ordinance 18-01: An ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance, Article V, Section 5.056.5, Items F and G. Second Reading

b)     Ordinance 18-02: An ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance, Article IV, Section 4.030, Item B; Article V, Section 5.053.1 C-1, Item B and Item D; Article V, Section 5.053.2 C-2,  Item B and Item D. Second Reading

c)      Ordinance 18-03: An ordinance amending the Municipal Code Title II, Chapter 4 Offenses Against the Peace and Quiet, Section 11-402. Second Reading

The meeting will take place at 7:00 pm at the Billy S. Hobbs Municipal Center located at 105 College Street. 

 

The following ordinance and resolution were passed at the January 18, 2018, Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting: 

 

 

a)      Resolution 18-01: A resolution supporting the development of the City of White House’s Americans with Disabilities Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan and authorizing the Mayor to sign a letter outlining the development of the plan.
