The following documents and forms are available for download from the City of White House website:
· City of White House Charter and Municipal Code – Visit the Municipal Technical Advisory Service (MTAS) website, where the White House Charter and Code are available to view and download. Please note: This online version of the code is updated through January 17, 2008. Ordinances passed after this date are not yet incorporated into the Municipal Code.
· Board of Mayor and Aldermen Most Recent Agenda – This two page document outlines the business to be conducted for the most recent Board of Mayor and Aldermen meeting.
· Board of Mayor and Aldermen Most Recent Agenda Packet – In addition to the agenda document, this packet contains all the supporting information provided to the Board of Mayor and Aldermen related to agenda items. Usually around 100 pages.
· Mayor and Aldermen Board Most Recent Minutes – The record of the actions from the most recent Board of Mayor and Aldermen minutes.
· Planning Commission Most Recent Agenda – This document outlines the business to be conducted for the most recent Planning Commission meeting.
· Forms, Applications, and Permits – This listing contains many downloadable forms, applications and permits required by the City of White House.
· Archives Center – This is a repository of some the City of White House’s historical documents such as Board of Mayor and Aldermen agendas, minutes and the city’s quarterly newsletter.
· Document Center – Many informational documents and forms used by each department are housed in the Document Center.
