We are delighted to announce that our very own City Administrator Gerald Herman won an award for the best City Administrator of the Year in Sumner County. Mr. Herman was nominated for the distinguished award by Mayor Arnold.

Mr. Herman has over 30 years of municipality and leadership experience, and has made a substantially positive impact on the City of White House staff and community. Mr. Herman consistently strives for excellence and creates a positive organizational culture while spending quality time mentoring department heads to lead those that serve our public.

It is through his leadership, passion for valuing our future while protecting our community’s heritage, and his positive engagement with all 100+ City employees that our community has seen astonishing improvements since he took over as City Administrator in 2012. Our City, community, and employees are blessed to have the gifts of his talents leading our team! Please help us in congratulating him on a well-deserved award.
